DEER LODGE, MT (October 6, 2020) - The Vegas Golden Knights selected forward Brendan Brisson 29th overall on the first day of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft. The team made their selection from the Vegas Golden Knights NHL Draft Command Center at Rock Creek Cattle Company in Deer Lodge, Montana because the draft is being held virtually.
Brisson recorded 59 points (24 G, 34 A) to go with 50 penalty minutes in 45 games for the Chicago Steel (USHL) during the 2019-20 season. During his 2018-19 campaign with the Green Bay Gamblers (USHL), Brisson finished with one goal in six games. He slated to play the 2020-21 season at the University of Michigan.

Manhattan Beach, California native played 45 games for Chicago Steel in the USHL and totaled 59 points
