If you played hockey, what position would you have and why?

If I were to pick a position I would pick defense because I find it the most interesting position in which you get to protect the goalie, as well as score. I got to learn this position as I continuously watched defensive players protect my son in net while he played throughout his travel ice hockey years and all the way up to the collegiate level for Farmingdale State University College.

What inspires you?

I love to make positive impacts on my students’ learning. I find inspiration in my every day moments of teaching my students by helping them reach their potential. The best gift is getting to see my students learn and grow academically.
