  • The Kraken bested the ‘Canes in shots from the slot (12-9) and slot driving plays (20-17).

  • Oliver Bjorkstrand is one of seven players to post 20+ goals and 55+ takes in each of the last 3 seasons. The others: Connor McDavid; William Nylander; Mitch Marner; Leon Draisaitl; Auston Matthews; and Aleksander Barkov.
  • With the successful challenge of Jack Drury’s goal in the third period. The Kraken are now 1-for-1 on goaltender interferences this season and 8-for-12 all-time.
  • The top skaters in the game according to Game Score were Vince Dunn; Adam Larsson; Beniers; Gourde and Schwartz.
  • With the primary assist on Brandon Tanev’s goal, Ryan Winterton earned the first point of his NHL career.
