NEW YORK -- Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Robert Hagg has been fined $3,091.40, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for interference against Tampa Bay Lightning forward Cedric Paquette during NHL Game No. 918 in Philadelphia on Tuesday, Feb. 19, the National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety announced today.
