They said it

"Everybody was pulling in the same direction [in a 2-0 loss at the Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday and a 4-3 shootout loss at the Tampa Bay Lightning on Tuesday], and it's really encouraging to see. But at the same time we're in it to win it, so we're going to have to find that little extra step to get the job done." -- Kings forward Kyle Clifford
"We're a resilient group. We've found ways to kind of bounce back and pick up wins when we haven't played our best nights before. Hopefully we can have a good game here and get back in the [Stanley Cup] playoff picture. It would be nice to be slotted in there when we go to the break." -- Panthers forward Brett Connolly
