The Rangers had previously played at MSG III, which was on 8th Avenue between 49th and 50th Streets in New York.The mask features vignettes of the Rangers Stanley Cup victory in 1994, Wayne Gretzky's final regular-season game, which was April 18, 1999, along with famous boxing matches and Elvis Presley's unprecedented sold-out shows in 1972. The Rangers' Statue of Liberty logo is on top, and the No. 50 is across the front on the bottom of the mask.
