Palat and Voracek will each play in his second Olympics after also representing the Czech Republic in Sochi in 2014. This will be Pastrnak's first Olympics.
Participating countries were asked to declare three players last month.
Palat, a 30-year-old forward for the Tampa Bay Lightning, scored 46 points (15 goals, 31 assists) in 55 games last season. He also scored 13 points (five goals, eight assists) in 23 Stanley Cup Playoffs games, helping the Lightning win the Cup for the second straight season.
Selected by the Lightning in the seventh round (No. 208) of the 2011 NHL Draft, Palat has scored 374 points (125 goals, 249 assists) in 551 regular-season games, and 73 points (37 goals, 36 assists) in 115 playoff games.
At the 2014 Sochi Olympics, he played four games but did not score a point.

"It's the best of the best meeting each other," Voracek said Sept. 21. "It should always be one of the top priorities to be part of the Olympic team, and I think everybody takes pride in that. That's the way it should be, and hopefully it's going to be like that for coming years.
"Those 16 days are so special, once every four years, that it's just something special to be part of. You see those circles in the Olympic Village, it's a dream come true."
Voracek, who was acquired by the Blue Jackets for forward Cam Atkinson on July 24, 2021, has scored 738 points (216 goals, 522 assists) in 968 regular-season games, and 28 points (nine goals, 19 assists) in 49 postseason games.
