BOSTON-- James van Riemsdyk scored with 1:36 remaining to give the Toronto Maple Leafs a 6-5 win against the Boston Bruins at TD Garden on Saturday.
Van Riemsdyk scored 1:18 after Patrice Bergeron tied it 5-5.
"I think in times like this you've got to stick together as a team and I think we did that for the whole game," van Riemsdyk said. "We played hard, and again we kept coming back when things didn't go our way, and that was good."

Well, I think I can still take the fact that we battled back ... so I think the guys, when they're down 4-1, they didn't pack their bags and leave. They said it

"We've just got to bring Pastrnak on the road with us all the time, take him to every rink. [Nylander] always wants to be better than No. 88, so we've just got to get a No. 88 on every team and he'll be unbelievable." -- Maple Leafs coach Mike Babcock on forward William Nylander, who has been friends with Bruins forward David Pastrnak since they were teammates with Sodertalje SK in Sweden
"We couldn't get it done even though we came [back] so many times. There's always one mistake, they got a goal. So it's too bad and we can't hang our heads. We have to learn from this and be ready for [the] next game." -- Bruins forward David Pastrnak
