EDMONTON, AB - With opening night of the 2021-22 Edmonton Oilers season just over three weeks away, the club is delighted to announce a series of celebrations throughout the year, recognizing career milestones, contributions to the game and our community, as well as a new initiative to acknowledge the achievements of Oilers greats.

Kevin Lowe Banner Raising: To acknowledge his incredible accomplishments on and off the ice and his induction into the Hockey Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2020, the Oilers will proudly raise Kevin Lowe's number 4 to the rafters of Rogers Place on Friday, Nov. 5 with the New York Rangers in town.
Recognition of Edmonton Oilers Greats: A new area for fans to celebrate Oilers of distinction is also in the early planning stages with more details to be announced later this season.
