Paul Krepelka was named senior vice president, hockey operations in September of 2023, a part of the management group that helped the Cats capture the Stanley Cup in his fourth season with the team. He was assistant general manager of the Panthers for the prior three seasons.
Prior to his time in South Florida, Krepelka spent two seasons as vice president of hockey operations for the Carolina Hurricanes (2018-19 to 2019-20).
The Arlington, Mass., native spent 20 years as a sports agent including his time as co-founder and partner of Orr Hockey Group, helping it grow into a highly respected agency among NHL players.
A graduate of Princeton University where he played collegiate hockey, Krepelka played professionally in the ECHL for the Hampton Roads Admirals from 1991-92 to 1992-93, winning a Riley Cup with the Admirals in 1992. Krepelka earned his law degree from Suffolk University following his professional playing career.
