Rob Stevenson - Executive Vice President of People & Facilities

Rob Stevenson was named executive vice president of people and facilities in July 2022 after serving as senior vice president and general manager of Sunrise Sports & Entertainment Facilities for one season. As a member of the executive staff, Stevenson became a Stanley Cup Champion with Florida in 2024.

Stevenson oversees operations, facilities management, human resources and event services for the Florida Panthers, Amerant Bank Arena and the Baptist Health IcePlex.

Prior to joining the organization, Stevenson served as the vice president of Goldman Sachs Ayco Personal Financial Management. Most recently, he led market intelligence recruitment efforts at global asset management firm Point72.

After graduating from Navy Officer Candidate School, Stevenson served two tours in Afghanistan with SEAL Team TWO, earning a Bronze Star Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army and Navy Commendation Medals. He is currently a Commander serving as a SEAL in the US Navy Reserve.

Stevenson earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Russian from Amherst College while serving as co-captain on the men's ice hockey team and his MBA from Yale School of Management.

Stevenson currently resides in Boca Raton with his wife Kristen and their children Jackson, Fitzgerald, Milo and Luna.
