The NHL and adidas turned back the clock to create a series of jerseys oozing with nostalgia.
As part of the brand-new "Reverse Retro" campaign for the upcoming 2020-21 season, a new jersey for each of the NHL's 31 teams was revealed on Monday morning, with each of the fun, colorful designs successfully bridging the gap between historical logos and modern-day design.

With no shred of bias, I think it's safe to say that the Florida Panthers have one of the best.
Featuring the organization's original "leaping cat" logo as a centerpiece, the red, white and gold "Reverse Retro" sweater also boasts the fan-favorite palm tree and stick graphics on each of the shoulders, while the pointed sleeve stripes serve as a noticeable nod to the South Florida area.
Additionally, the '96 emblazoned on the collar of the jersey honors the Panthers' unforgettable run to the 1996 Stanley Cup Final in only the organization's third season after joining the NHL.
These jerseys, which will be worn by the Panthers in multiple games throughout the upcoming 2020-21 season and will be available for purchase beginning on Dec. 1. That being said, fans can already start putting in pre-orders over at the brand-new

As part of today's jersey unveiling, the Panthers also announced that they'll be teaming up with Funky Buddha Brewery to release a "Retro Floridian" draft beer. Just like the jersey, this special release will honor the past by revisiting the original recipe of the classic "Floridian" wheat beer.
The "Retro Floridian" will be available for a limited time only starting Dec. 1 in the Funky Buddha Brewery Tap Room in Oakland Park and at local participating bars and restaurants. Fans that show up to try the beer can also enter for a chance to win a Panthers "Reverse Retro" jersey.
