Good morning and welcome to "Cats & Coffee," a weekly segment, presented by Koffee Kult, in which we serve up an exciting look at what's on deck for your Florida Panthers. Like our friends at Koffee Kult, this forecast serves up only the best -- so sit back, sip and enjoy our latest brew of news, notes and information.

It's time to close the book on the first season of 'Panthers Uncaged.'

The season finale of the organization's new docuseries will be released on Florida's official Facebook, IGTV, PanthersVision and YouTube pages on Wednesday at 5 p.m. ET. At that same time, the show can also be viewed on FOX Sports Florida or the FOX Sports Go app.

An all-access series highlighting the team's return to the ice following a three-month lockdown due to the coronavirus, Episode 6 of Panthers Uncaged will focus life in the NHL's bubble in Toronto and the team's matchup against the New York Islanders in the Stanley Cup Qualifiers.

The end of the episode will also look ahead to the team's search for a new General Manager.

"You're getting a flavor from a different look in different ways," Panthers coach Joel Quenneville said of the series. "From a fan's perspective, I'm sure it's interesting. From our point of view, we're just going about our business as we always do, albeit in a different fashion right now."

Presented by Lexus, Episodes 1-5 of the show can be found on demand below:

Following the finale, stay tuned to FloridaPanthers.com for new information about upcoming episodes.

SEASON REWINDS

It's time to start looking back at 2019-20 with our annual "Season Rewind" series.

As it has been during each of the last several offseasons, this written series will take time to focus on how individual players performed throughout the campaign. From quotes, notes and stats, to clips of their best games, top goals and more, each player will receive their own article.

Kicking off the series on Thursday will be, of course, the captain, Aleksander Barkov.

For the next several weeks, check back frequently as these rewinds will be released often.

GIVING BACK THROUGH SOCIAL

It's amazing how much a hashtag can help.

During their "Get in & Give Back" social media campaign, South Florida Ford and the Panthers were able to raise $5,000 to help healthcare workers with Salah Foundation Children's Hospital at Broward Health.

"We're proud to announce a joint donation with our long-term partner South Florida Ford to Salah Foundation Children's Hospital," Panthers Senior Vice President Shawn Thornton said in a release. "We have an obligation to the South Florida Community in times of need in big ways and small and to raise awareness for the heroes doing good work during these difficult times."

As part of the campaign, fans were encouraged to wear their Panthers gear and share photos of themselves in their Ford vehicles using #FordGetIn. Each time the hashtag was used, a donation was made to the children's hospital, which is need of additional help now more than ever due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

"We wanted to use this time to bring the community together and we definitely achieved that here," said David Menten, Chairman of the South Florida FORD Dealers Association and President of Sawgrass Ford. "We know most of our customers have been staying at home during the pandemic and loved the opportunity to enjoy their Ford vehicle by Getting In and Giving Back."

STAY SAFE AND LOOK SHARP

Masks aren't just for goalies!

With the release of their new "Stay Safe" T-shirts, the Panthers are hoping to not only spread the word about good health practices during the COVID-19 pandemic, but also raise funds for the Florida Panthers Foundation's efforts to assist the local community in these difficult times.

All proceeds generated from sales of these mask-themed shirts will benefit the Foundation.
