SUNRISE, Fla. - Florida Panthers President of Hockey Operations & General Manager Dale Tallon announced today that the club has recalled forward Chase Balisy from Florida's American Hockey League affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds.

Balisy, 25, has appeared in eight games with Springfield, scoring two goals. During the 2016-17 season, the 5-foot-11, 179-pound native of Fullerton, Cali., led the Thunderbirds with 45 points and 28 assists in 76 games.
He was originally selected by the Nashville Predators in the sixth round (170th overall) of the 2011 NHL Draft.
