SUNRISE, Fla. - Florida Panthers President of Hockey Operations & General Manager Dale Tallonannounced today that the club has recalled forward Denis Malgin from Florida's American Hockey League affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds.

Malgin, 20, has played in 52 career NHL games, all with Florida, recording six goals and 10 points. The 5-foot-9, 177-pound native of Olten, Switzerland has posted 14 points (4-10-14) over 13 games with Springfield this season.
Malgin was originally selected by Florida in the fourth round (102nd overall) of the 2015 NHL Draft.
