SUNRISE, Fla. -Florida Panthers President of Hockey Operations Dale Tallon announced today that the Panthers have reduced their roster to 24 players.
Defenseman Ian McCoshen has been assigned to Florida's American Hockey League affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds. Forward Paul Thompson has been placed on waivers and upon clearing waivers will be assigned to Springfield (AHL). Click here to see the Florida Panthers current roster.
