Stillman, 19, has appeared in 58 games this season with the Hamilton Bulldogs and Oshawa Generals of the Ontario Hockey League, recording 31 points (4-27-31). His 27 assists are an OHL career-high.
The 6-foot-2, 190-pound native of Peterborough, Ontario, has produced 84 points (21-64-85) over 190 regular season OHL games with Hamilton (2017-18) and Oshawa (2014-15 to 2017-18). In the OHL postseason, Stillman has posted nine points (1-8-9) over 16 games.
He was originally selected by Florida in the fourth round (114th overall) of the 2016 NHL Draft.
