Are there restrictions on what ticket(s) may be traded?

Only primary tickets purchased through your Territory Membership, either Full Season or Priemer Plan, can be traded. Tickets purchased as a single game, including group tickets, nightly suite, or resale seats, may not be traded.

Am I able to trade tickets myself or should I contact my rep?

All ticket trades in which you are upgrading either your location or trading into an equal or higher tiered game will need to be completed online through your SeatGeek Account Manager. Downgrading your location or trading into a lower tier can also be done online through your SeakGeek Account Manager.

Will I be able to trade through the Florida Panthers app?

Ticket Trades are not available through the Florida Panthers app; however, they can be completed online through the SeatGeek Account Manager, login at www.seatgeek.com/panthers.

Will I be able to trade parking?

Yes, you can trade your parking, but it must be done together with trading your game tickets for that specific event. This will need to be done as a separate transaction through your online SeatGeek Account Manager, as parking trades are not automatic. Parking trades are also subject to availability based on your membership plan location.

Can I trade into lower tier games?

Trading into a lower tier game, or price location, can be completed online through your SeatGeek Account Manager.

Can I upgrade my seating location for a game in my plan?

Seating is based upon availability of each game. If you would like to relocate your seat(s) during the regular season within the same game, you can complete a trade online through your SeatGeek Account Manager. If you upgrade your location, the monetary difference between your old and new location and credit card fees will be due at the time of the trade.

*Please note inventory is extremely limited in the Lower Bowl and Club Level for most games.

If I trade my tickets into a game, can I move the tickets I already have for that game to have my group sit together?

You will need to complete two separate ticket trade transactions. When completing the first transaction you will want to select a block of seats large enough to accommodate your party, without leaving a single seat. Once the first trade is completed, go back and trade into the seats next to the ones you selected during your first transaction.

Can a trade be completed after I have transferred tickets to someone?

No, all ticket trades must be completed in the primary Territory Member’s account. If you have transferred your tickets to a guest, they must transfer the tickets back to the Territory Member to complete the trade. If needed, this process can be applied to transferred parking passes as well.

Will there be fees when trading?

Ticket Trade is a Member benefit and will not have fees associated with trade of equal or lesser value. Upgrading the location or game will be subject to the price difference for the ticket and credit card fees.

*Credit card fees are 2.8%.

Can I trade 1 ticket to one game and 1 to another?

Territory Members can split their Membership into different games but cannot leave a single seat when completing a ticket trade.

Will my Member Discount work at the games I trade into?

Member discounts are available in your Florida Panthers Mobile wallet for use at all regular season home games including games not in your Plan.
