Yes. There is a $100 initial payment per seat that will go towards the purchase of a Territory Membership in the future, once available. Waitlist payments are non-refundable.

When Territory Memberships become available, you’ll receive a call from your Account Executive and are able to select your seats. Your initial payments will be applied toward your Territory Membership payment plan.

Your payment reserves your spot in line to become a future Territory Member and priority access. The Territory Membership Waitlist will be fulfilled in chronological order based on the date and time of initial waitlist payment placement. Accounts with ticket purchase history for the 2024-2025 season will receive higher priority compared to accounts without past purchase history. We want to ensure that anyone who joins the Territory Membership Waitlist is invested in becoming a future Territory Member.

You are strongly encouraged to purchase during your first opportunity in order to establish priority and receive benefits. There is no guarantee of location. Most locations for first time Territory Members are located primarily in the 300 level. The initial wave of open seats will be offered as Full Season Memberships only. If inventory remains, we will offer a second wave (locations based on availability) to include our Premier Plan Territory Memberships (25 games).

• If you do not want the Membership locations that are offered to you, your seat deposit can be used on a smaller ticket package (groups, partial plans, or nightly suite) or can be used toward single game tickets, based upon availability.

Joining the Territory Membership Waitlist reserves your place in line and offers you priority access to Territory Membership seat locations, based on availability, but does not guarantee that you will be offered Territory Membership seat locations. Membership availability is based on the renewal rates of existing Territory Members.

In the event we are unable to offer Territory Memberships for a season, you will remain on the waitlist and will be contacted when seats become available for you or you can remove yourself and your seat deposit can be used on a smaller ticket package (groups, partial plans, or nightly suite) or can be used toward single game tickets, based upon availability.

You can purchase fewer Territory Memberships than the number of deposits originally requested. You cannot purchase more Territory Memberships than originally requested as this effects the length of the Territory Membership Waitlist.

No. As a current Territory Member you will be provided an opportunity to add on additional seats and/or upgrade your seats during our relocation event each year, based on availability.

Due to high demand and a limited amount of Territory Memberships, all accounts that register on the Waitlist will go through a verification process. Any account outside of the state of Florida or more than 300 miles from Amerant Bank Arena will not be eligible to join the Waitlist.
