The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-assigned defenseman Frank Corrado to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League, it was announced today by executive vice president and general manager Jim Rutherford.
The Penguins host the Boston Bruins tonight at 7:30 PM at PPG Paints Arena. Tonight's contest will be nationally broadcast on NBC Sports Network. This is the Penguins' final game before their mandatory five-day bye week this Monday-Friday . After tonight , the Penguins won't play until back-to-back home games next Saturday and Sunday, both at PPG Paints Arena. Saturday's game against the Detroit Red Wings will begin at 1:00 PM and it will be televised on AT&T SportsNet. Sunday's contest against the New York Rangers will begin at 7:30 PM and it will be another nationally televised game on NBC Sports Network. The starting time for that game was moved to accommodate the Pittsburgh Steelers playoff game earlier that afternoon.
