RANGERS RUNDOWN
- The New York Rangers finish their home-and-home with the Ottawa Senators with a Friday night meeting at Madison Square Garden (7:00 PM ET - TV: MSG Network - Radio: ESPN 98.7 FM). New York will play its next three games at home.
- The Blueshirts will play 13 games in the month of December (7 at home, 6 on road). Eight of those 13 games will be against Eastern Conference opponents. Last December, the Rangers went 7-4-1 for 15 points while Artemi Panarin ranked tied for third in the NHL with 15 points (5G-10A) in his 11 games last December.
- New York has wins in four-straight games against Ottawa. Last season, the Rangers swept a season-series with the Senators for the fourth time in history and first time since 1994-95 (3-0-0). In earning the win against Ottawa on Wednesday, the Rangers have 101 points all-time against the Senators, the 22nd different NHL franchise the Blueshirts have recorded 100-plus points against.
- Artemi Panarin has 13 points (4G-9A) in his last 10 games against Ottawa and has points in 11 of 17 career games against them (6G-13A). Chris Kreider has points in nine of his last 14 games (5G-6A) against the Senators and has six points (4G- 2A) in his last seven games against them.
- Adam Fox, Mika Zibanejad and Artemi Panarin have 25 points this season. New York is one of six teams (DAL, BUF, TOR, NJD, EDM) in the league to have three or more players with 25-plus points.
- The Rangers have six players with six or more goals, tied for the sixth most amount in the NHL and 13 different players with five or more assists, tied for the fourth most in the NHL.
- New York has 54 points from defensemen, the ninth most in the league and 44 assists from defensemen, tied for the sixth most in the league.
- The Rangers rank fifth in the NHL in shots per game (34.3) and sixth in fewest shots allowed per game (29.2). New York has registered 35 or more shots in 14 games, the third most occurrences in the NHL.
- New York begins its sixth back-to-back of the season. In the first game of back-to-backs this season, the club is 3-1-1. - New York is third in the NHL in hits with 705.

RANGERS AND SENATORS CONNECTIONS
FOX ON FIRE
Adam Fox has points in two of his last three games (2A), four of his last six games (1G-4A), 11 of his last 13 games (4G-12A) and has 13 points in his last 10 games (3G-10A). Fox has recorded at least one point in 17 of 24 games this year.
On the season, Fox has six goals and 19 assists for 25 points. Fox has 25 points through 24 games for the second-straight season.
Fox has skated over 20:00 minutes in every game this season, over 25 minutes in 12 contests and his season-high was 30:04 against the Devils last Monday.
MIKA'S MISSION
Mika Zibanejad has points in six of his last eight games (1G-5A) and has points in 13 of his last 16 contests (6G-10A). Zibanejad shares the team-lead with 11 goals and ranks tied for third in the NHL with seven power play goals.
On Wednesday night, Zibanejad recorded his 300th career assist in the win over the team that drafted him. Zibanejad becomes the seventh player from the 2011 NHL Draft class to notch 300 or more assists.
PANARIN PUTTING UP POINTS
Artemi Panarin has points in three of his last four games (1G-2A), 13 points in his last 16 games (2G-11A) and 25 points (6G-19A) in 24 games this season.
Last Wednesday night in Anaheim, Artemi Panarin recorded his 400th career NHL assist. Panarin reached the feat in his 529th career game, requiring the fourth-fewest games among all active players to reach the mark behind only Connor McDavid (426 GP), Sidney Crosby (448 GP) and Evgeni Malkin (527 GP).
Panarin is the only active undrafted player to hit the 400-assist milestone and among undrafted players to debut since the first draft in 1963, Panarin is the fifth-fastest to hit the milestone, behind Wayne Gretzky (290 GP), Peter Stastny (411 GP), Bobby Orr (437 GP) and Adam Oates (471 GP). Since he made his NHL debut in 2015-16, Panarin's 400 assists are the third most in the league (McDavid - 477, Kane - 409).
KREIDING TO MAKE HISTORY
Chris Kreider has points in 13 of his last 16 games (9G-7A) and five points (4G-1A) in his last five games. Kreider's 11 goals are tied with Mika Zibanejad for the most on New York.
On Wednesday, Kreider scored his 240th career goal, tying Brian Leetch for the ninth-most in Rangers history.
Kreider has 36 career game-winning goals, tying him with Adam Graves for the seventh most in franchise history.
Kreider has 87 career go-ahead goals, the sixth most in Rangers history behind only Rod Gilbert (131), Jean Ratelle (96), Camille Henry (90), Vic Hadfield (90) and Adam Graves (89).
BLUESHIRT BULLETS
- Vincent Trocheck is one of only three NHL players who have registered 15+ points and 65+ hits this season (along with Jason Zucker, Alex Ovechkin). In 21 of 24 games this season, Trocheck has had either 1+ points, 3+ hits, or a 50.0%+ faceoff win percentage; he has hit two of the three categories in 11 of the 24 games, and he hit all three categories in the same game on Nov. 8 vs. NYI
- Jacob Trouba's has 82 hits and 60 blocked shots. He is the only player in the NHL with both 80+ hits and 60+ blocked shots. Trouba ranks tied for seventh in the NHL in hits and fourth in blocked shots.
SPECIAL TEAMS
- The Rangers went 3-for-3 on the penalty kill in their last game, have been perfect on the penalty kill in five of their last seven games and seven of their last 10 games.
- The Rangers' 83.3 PK percentage ranks fourth in the NHL.
