How It Works
Step 1: Submit A Registration Request For The Fan First Program
Complete all fields in the form below to begin the registration process. Upon form submission, you will be presented with a link to continue the verification process on a third-party website, ID.ME. You must complete the entire verification process to be eligible to register for the Fan First program.
Step 2: Verification
Follow the instructions and complete the form on the ID.ME platform to continue the verification process. Your information will be authenticated and if eligible, you will be automatically enrolled into the program to begin receiving special offers.
FAQs
Can I register more than once to receive an invitation?
Please only register once. Invitations to the pre-sale opportunity are limited to one per person.
If I miss the registration window, can I still buy tickets?
Depending on the ticket availability, there may be additional opportunities to purchase tickets.
How will I receive my Fan First pre-sale code if I am eligible?
Pre-sale codes will be sent to eligible participants by the Rangers to the email address submitted during the registration process.
Does registering mean I get a Rangers Fan First pre-sale code?
No. Registration just lets us know you are interested in buying tickets and allows us to authenticate your account and determine eligibility. Registering does not guarantee you will receive a Rangers Fan First pre-sale code or that you will be able to purchase tickets.
Does getting a pre-sale code mean I will get tickets?
No. Receiving a pre-sale code does not guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets - it means that you'll simply have access to enter the Rangers Fan First pre-sale. All tickets are subject to availability, and the ability to purchase is not guaranteed.
How do I purchase tickets during the pre-sale?
Eligible participants will receive an email on the day of the pre-sale with a unique code and a link to access the pre-sale. Service charges apply to all purchases. All purchases must be completed during the applicable pre-sale period.
Can I purchase or share a pre-sale code?
No. Pre-sale codes may not be purchased, transferred or sold.
What happens if I don't get tickets during the Rangers Fan First pre-sale?
Depending on demand, it is possible that all tickets will be purchased during the Rangers Fan First pre-sale. In the event that tickets remain, there may be additional opportunities to purchase tickets.
How many tickets may be purchased during the pre-sale?
A maximum of 4 tickets per game may be purchased by any customer during the pre-sale.
^The Fan First Program provides eligible registrants access to select opportunities for select Rangers events, games, and special offers from time to time. Eligible Fan First Program registrants who successfully register for the program and are successfully verified will be automatically enrolled into the program. All offers may be revoked or modified at any time without notice and are subject to availability. For ticket pre-sales , the Fan First Program gives pre-registered, eligible invitees who receive an access code from us the opportunity to purchase available tickets but does not guarantee the ability to purchase tickets. Eligible registrants will receive a unique access code before the start of the applicable pre-sale period. Notice of applicable pre-sale periods may be delivered to eligible registrants by email from time to time. Access codes may not be purchased or transferred.
