New York Rangers President and General Manager Chris Drury announced today that the team has recalled forward Julien Gauthier from the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Gauthier, 25, has played in four games with the Wolf Pack this season, scoring two goals while recording a plus-1 rating. Gauthier is one of four players on the team to have multiple goals this season.

In 2021-22, Gauthier skated in 49 games for the Rangers, registering three goals and four assists for seven points. The Pointe-aux-Trembles, Quebec native set career-highs in both goals and games played. He has accumulated five goals and 13 assists for 18 points in 96 career NHL games, split between the Rangers and Carolina Hurricanes.
Gauthier was originally selected by the Hurricanes in the first round, 21st overall, of the 2016 NHL Entry Draft.
