The New York Rangers will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Night as part of Hispanic Heritage Month when they take on the San Jose Sharks on October 20 at Madison Square Garden.
MSG Networks will be providing viewers with a Spanish-language audio broadcast of the game versus San Jose on Thursday. The additional audio will be available by selecting the SAP setting on the broadcast, marking the first time the network has ever offered a Spanish audio call of an NHL regular season game. The broadcast will feature veteran Spanish broadcaster Octavio Sequera on the call handling both play-by-play and commentary.

Prior to Thursday's game, the Rangers and MSG LatinX Employee Resource Group have invited youth from the New York Women's Housing and Economic Development Corporation (WHEDco) for a pregame tour in the arena and a discussion with MSG's LatinX employees to learn about their career paths and current roles at MSG.
During warm-ups, Rangers players will wear custom jerseys for Hispanic Heritage Night, designed by local artist Marly Gallardo. From October 20-27, those jerseys will be auctioned off at
