Hockey Fights Cancer Night - The Rangers held Hockey Fights Cancer (HFC) Night, presented by Northwell, on Tuesday night. The Rangers partnered with the Garden of Dreams Foundation (GDF) and Northwell to inspire hope and courage for those who are living with, going through, and moving past cancer, along with recognition for their caregivers/support system.
- Vincent Trocheck recorded his third three-point game of the season (2G-1A) and registered three points for the 14th time since joining the Rangers in 2022-23, which
trails only Artemi Panarin (29) and Mika Zibanejad (15) for most on the team in that span. Trocheck has 15 points (7G-8A) in his last 16 games and nine points in his last nine games (5G-4A). - Artemi Panarin tallied three assists in the first period, the most in a period by a Ranger since Adam Fox on Feb. 15, 2024 vs. MTL. Since the 2008-09 season, on only eight occasions has a Blueshirts skater recorded as many. It marked Panarin’s 13th game with three points in a period, tying Rod Gilbert for the most in franchise history. Panarin has points in four of his last six games (1G-5A).
- Alexis Lafreniere scored twice for the Blurshirts and became the sixth skater on New York to hit the 10-goal mark. The Rangers rank tied for fourth in the NHL with the amount.
