DETROIT-Hockeytown Fan Appreciation Day, presented by Coca-Cola and Kroger, will be held at the award-winning Little Caesars Arena in
The District Detroit
prior to the Red Wings' 2018-19 season finale on Saturday, April 6. Access to the outdoor festival is free, open to the public and available for fans of all ages.

The festival will begin at 4 p.m., with the outdoor activities remaining open through the 7 p.m. start of the Red Wings vs. Buffalo Sabres game. In addition, the Detroit Tigers will take on the Kansas City Royals at Comerica Park, with first pitch scheduled for 1:10 p.m.
The event will feature a variety of activities, including live music and entertainment, a rock-climbing wall, yard games, a photo booth, multiple interactive hockey inflatables, face painters and a First Responders Zone. Red Wings alumni will be available for a meet-and-greet and to sign autographs.
Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase in Little Caesars Arena's plaza areas. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, staff will be in place to check IDs and provide wristbands for fans who are at least 21 years of age.
The televisions in all four Little Caesars Arena restaurants will show the Tigers and Red Wings games and feature food and beverage specials throughout the day.
Guests are encouraged to download The District Detroit Mobile App presented by XFINITY. Available in the App Store and Google Play Store, fans can secure parking in advance at any of the Olympia Development-managed parking lots and even find the best route to parking lots and venues.
