2024-25 4Ever Wild Membership Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the Minnesota Wild Season Ticket Member (“STM”) and the Minnesota Wild Hockey Club L.P. (“Minnesota Wild”) regarding the purchase and use of a full- or partial-season ticket package. Partial-season packages include a half-season package, 11-game package, or a flex package.

  1. No Refunds or Exchanges. STM understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be made to the STM season ticket account (“Account”) if STM is unable to use, or fails to use, any or all tickets.

  2. Ticket Delivery: Tickets will be delivered to STM prior to the first Minnesota Wild pre-season home game at Xcel Energy Center, or the arena located at 199 W. Kellogg Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55102 (the “Venue”) for the applicable NHL hockey season; provided, however, that such delivery is subject to and conditioned upon STM’s full payment of charges then due in connection with the Account.

  3. Payment Plans: The Minnesota Wild may offer season ticket packages for which charges are payable in a single payment or in installments (each a “Payment Plan”). The following shall apply to Payment Plans (including 4Ever Wild Plans) involving installment payments:

    • STM authorizes the Minnesota Wild to process Account payments in accordance with the selected Payment Plan for so long as the Payment Plan and/or 4Ever Wild Plan continue in effect. STM further agrees that (i) the Minnesota Wild may automatically charge a credit or debit card account that STM has provided for such payments, and (ii) Minnesota Wild need not provide STM with prior notice of each automatic payment unless the payment date or payment amount changes, in which case notice will be provided at least 10 days before the payment is initiated and processed. These Terms constitute STM’s copy of the recurring payment authorization to the Minnesota Wild (please retain a copy for your records). STM agrees that the Minnesota Wild will not be liable for overdraft fees if STM’s bank account does not contain available funds sufficient to enable the Minnesota Wild to debit the account in the amount of the payment due.

    • If STM fails to timely make any required payments, the Minnesota Wild reserve the right to either (a) withhold tickets for upcoming games until payment is made and the Account is in good standing, or (b) terminate the Account without refund of any payments made prior to the termination.

    • Truth in Lending Act (TILA) Notice, STM acknowledges and understands that (i) no finance charge is being assessed for participating in the Payment Plan; (ii) no interest is assessed on the balance; and (iii) no pre-payment penalty shall apply if the balance is paid in advance of the designated payment dates.

  4. 4Ever Wild Plan. STM agrees to participate in the 4Ever Wild automatic renewal plan (the “4Ever Wild Plan”), and in connection with that plan further agrees as follows:

    • STM may select a 4-month, 10-month, or pay-in-full Payment Plan.

    • The 4Ever Wild auto-renewal plan shall be automatically extended for successive NHL pre-season, regular-season, and post-season games unless terminated in accordance with the Terms of this agreement. STM agrees to pay all ticket costs and fees associated with the NHL games that are the subject of this agreement.

    • STM will be provided a dues statement via the online platform, "My Wild Account" (www.wild.com/mywildaccount) for the upcoming Minnesota Wild season each March/April (e.g., statement in March/April 2024 will be for the 2024-2025 season and potential 2024 Stanley Cup Playoff games in which the Minnesota Wild may participate). STM shall promptly notify the Minnesota Wild of any questions or disputes regarding the Payment Plan outlined in the dues statement.

    • STM may terminate their Account, and the 4Ever Wild Plan (during the applicable opt-out period), by delivering written termination notice to their Fan Relations Representative or by email to [email protected]. Upon the Minnesota Wild’s receipt of termination notice, STM will have no obligation to pay for, and Minnesota Wild will have no obligation to honor, tickets for future seasons.

  5. Revocable License: Minnesota Wild grants STM a limited license to use the seat(s) at the Venue designated by the season ticket(s). Minnesota Wild, in its sole discretion, may revoke this license at any time for any reason, with or without providing a refund. This license is granted on a game-to-game basis, and it is subject to all rules, regulations, and policies relating to season tickets as established from time to time by the Minnesota Wild, the Venue, and the NHL. Breach of any terms of this agreement or relevant ticket policies shall entitle the Minnesota Wild to take appropriate legal action, including, without limitation, revocation or cancellation of the season ticket(s). Resale or attempted resale at a price or in a manner in violation of any federal, state, or local law or regulation is grounds for revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from sources other than the Minnesota Wild, its authorized agents, or the Venue box office may be lost or stolen tickets and may not be honored. Persons in possession of such tickets are subject to questioning by authorities, removal from the Venue and prosecution. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests or sweepstakes), commercial or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Minnesota Wild.

  6. Partial Payment: STM acknowledges that partial payment of the Account balance or use of any of the Account tickets indicates acceptance of these Terms and constitutes a legal obligation on the part of the STM to remit the entire Account balance. Any partial payments received by the Minnesota Wild or any of its affiliates are not refundable. The Minnesota Wild reserves the right to charge a processing fee if STM’s financial institution refuses an authorized charge for any reason. In the event the Minnesota Wild or any of its affiliates incur any fee or expense associated with the collection of an outstanding Account balance from STM, STM shall be liable for all such expenses incurred by the Minnesota Wild or its affiliates, including, without limitation, attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

  7. Venue Rules; Restrictions: STM agrees to submit to a reasonable search for alcohol, drugs, or other prohibited items. Bottles, coolers, and containers of any kind may not be brought into the Venue. Venue or NHL personnel may confiscate any bottles, coolers, and containers brought in or attempted to be brought into the Venue. Saint Paul Arena Company LLC bans guns on the Venue premises, except when specifically allowed by management. Management makes no warranty of compliance by spectators.

  8. Ticket Resale Limitations: Minnesota Wild may monitor and track STM’s resale and trade activity involving the season ticket(s), and it reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Account of any STM who it reasonably believes has purchased a ticket package, or additional tickets at an STM preferred rate, for the primary purpose of reselling the ticket(s).

  9. SMS Messaging. STM agrees to receive SMS messages from the Minnesota Wild and its affiliates regarding the Account, discounts, offers, and any other marketing messages. Standard SMS messaging rates may apply and shall be the sole responsibility of STM. STM may opt out of the SMS messaging by notifying their account representative or by replying “STOP” to any SMS message the STM receives from the Minnesota Wild.

  10. Right to Suspend or Terminate STM Rights: The Minnesota Wild reserves the right to suspend or terminate, at its discretion, STM’s Account or benefits (including use of future tickets) for reasonable cause. Reasonable cause shall include, without limitation, (i) failure to timely pay charges on the Account when due; (ii) providing any statement, information, or representation that is false, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or materially incomplete in relation to the procurement or use of the season tickets; and (iii) any other breach of these Terms.

  11. Relocation Election: STM may have the opportunity from time to time to participate in a relocation election (Select-A-Seat) allowing STM to relocate, increase, or otherwise modify their Account seats. A decrease in seats on the Account is not permitted and is not included within Select-A-Seat. The Minnesota Wild will establish a priority ranking in good faith when conducting a Select-A-Seat event. In order to participate in the relocation election, STM must (i) timely communicate to the Minnesota Wild their desire to relocate their Account seats (such communications to be in accordance with any deadlines set by the Minnesota Wild), (ii) honor any initial payment obligations (e.g., first installment of the 10-month plan), and (iii) maintain their Account in good standing and not be in default. The Minnesota Wild, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify or cancel the Select-A-Seat program and/or restrict available seat inventory.

  12. Transfer of Account: Except in the case of a transfer to an immediate family member (defined hereunder as a spouse, father, mother, son, or daughter), or existing partner listed on the Account in excess of one (1) calendar year, STMs may not transfer their Account seats to another individual or entity. STM may submit a written request to the Minnesota Wild if they wish to transfer their Account to another individual or entity, and the Minnesota Wild may grant, condition, or deny such request in its discretion.  STM may modify the name on the Account following a legal name change of the individual or business Account holder, a change in marital status, dissolution or sale of the business Account holder, or upon the death of the Account holder of record, provided that the Minnesota Wild may require STM to provide appropriate documentation of the change (e.g., Social Security Administration documentation evidencing a legal name change).

  13. No Right to 'Split' Account: STM is expressly prohibited from 'splitting' the Account seats so in as to capitalize on any promotional initiatives or offers from the Minnesota Wild or any of its affiliates or related entities.

  14. Eliminated Seats; Relocation Offer: If, for any reason, Accounts seats are removed from the Minnesota Wild available “to be sold” inventory (e.g., due to Venue renovations, seat layout restructuring mandated by the NHL, etc.), then the Minnesota Wild will offer the STM the option to relocate to an alternative seat location(s) within the Venue (“Relocation Offer”). Following receipt of a Relocation Offer, STM shall have 10 calendar days to accept or reject the offer.  If STM accepts the Relocation Offer, then the parties shall finalize the terms of the relocation, including, without limitation, any price adjustment associated with the new seat(s). If STM rejects the Relocation Offer, then within 30 calendar days the Minnesota Wild will issue a refund to STM for the full value of unused tickets for the affected seat(s). The relocation rights outlined in this section shall be STM’s exclusive remedy with respect to a reduction of seat inventory.

  15. Wild Stanley Cup Playoffs: The Minnesota Wild will communicate to STM any playoff ticket purchase options (and corresponding pricing) prior to the end of the applicable regular season. The Minnesota Wild reserves the right to require payment in full for playoff tickets prior to the start of the playoffs. Any home playoff game tickets will be offered subject to availability and will be provided at an additional cost (i.e., regular-season ticket packages do not include playoff tickets). If STM does not timely accept the playoff ticket offer by the deadline designated in the offer, then the Minnesota Wild shall have no further obligations to STM regarding such playoff tickets and may sell the tickets to a third party. Playoff tickets may be sold on a package basis (i.e., tickets to a single playoff game may not be made available), and pricing will be based on the number of home games played in each round (e.g., if two home games are played in Round 2, then STM would be charged for two games that round). Playoff ticket fees are due in accordance with invoice terms.

  16. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability: Despite measures taken to protect spectators, pucks and other objects may enter the spectator area. Serious injury can occur. Stay alert at all times, including during warm-ups and after play stops. If injured, contact an usher for directions to the medical office. STM and users of STM’s tickets voluntarily assume all risks of property loss and personal injury, illness (e.g. Covid-19), and all other hazards related to the game, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the game, including, without limitation, the risk of injury from hockey pucks, from sticks and other equipment, by spectators or players, by thrown objects,  or from the condition of the premises, and  hereby expressly release the National Hockey League, NHL Enterprises L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada L.P., the National Hockey League Players’ Association (and current and former players), the NHL clubs, the Minnesota Wild, St. Paul Arena Company LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agencies, departments, subdivisions, related entities, owners, governors, trustees, officers, directors, partners, shareholders, members, principals, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising out of or relating to such causes or injury.

  17. Fan Behavior: Any STM or ticket holder that behaves in an unruly or disruptive manner at the Venue, including, without limitation, aggressive or foul language, intoxication, or physical or verbal abuse of Venue employees, other fans, game officials, players, or coaches either during, before, or after a game may be required to leave the Venue. If STM or any individual to whom STM has given or sold their tickets engages in such unruly behavior, the Minnesota Wild reserves the right to remove the individual from the event and to terminate the applicable STM Account without refund or other compensation to the STM of record.

  18. Use of Image: Any commercial or other unauthorized use of any transmission, picture, film/tape, writing, drawing, or other depiction or description of any NHL or Member Club name, mark, or logo is prohibited without the prior specific written approval of the NHL or Member Club, as applicable. STM and any ticket holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event or any portion thereof. STM and the ticket holder grant the NHL and the Member Clubs the unrestricted right and license to use the ticket holder's likeness in any broadcast, telecast, webcast or other depiction or transmission of the event and to use the ticket holder's likeness in any subsequent commercial or promotional activity.

  19. No Liability for Financial Damages to STM: Under no circumstance shall the Minnesota Wild (or any of its affiliates or related entities) be liable to STM (or any of its agents or assigns) for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the Minnesota Wild's alleged breach of these Terms or any related agreement.

  20. Reservation of Rights: The Minnesota Wild reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, revise, update, or modify any policies, pricing, or procedures relative to Accounts without notice to STM of record.

  21. NHL Special Events: Tickets being purchased hereunder are solely for the current NHL preseason and regular season games presented by Minnesota Wild and played at the Venue, and for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include tickets, or the right to purchase tickets, to any other event or game, including, but not limited to, any NHL European Global Series Games, NHL China Games, NHL Winter Classic, NHL Heritage Classic, NHL Stadium Series, NHL All-Star or NHL Draft event ("League Special Event") held in the Minnesota Wild's market or hosted by the NHL at the Venue or otherwise in which the Minnesota Wild participates. The STM acknowledges and agrees that the Minnesota Wild and/or NHL may cancel, postpone, reschedule or relocate games or events for any reason (e.g., move a regular season game of the Minnesota Wild from the Venue to an alternate venue for the purposes of playing a League Special Event), as determined in its/their sole discretion, as well as to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any aspect of the rules, operations and presentations of NHL games and events ("Preemption").

  22. Cancellation of NHL event: In the event that any game or event for which tickets have been sold to the STM is not played or presented in the Venue for any reason, including, but not limited to, Preemption, such event shall in no way be deemed, argued or construed to be a breach by the Minnesota Wild of the Terms, and, in such event, the STM's sole remedy shall be a pro-rata account credit or refund. STM hereby waives and releases all claims it may have against the Minnesota Wild and/or the NHL with respect to any game or event not played or presented at the Venue.

23. Wild Warming House Membership: A non-refundable deposit of $200 per seat is required to join the Wild Warming House ("WWH"). Upon placing a deposit, the WWH member will be assigned a priority number reserving their place in line while keeping their account in good standing with the Minnesota Wild. The non-refundable deposit is to be used exclusively for future season tickets (a full or partial season plan) for an upcoming Minnesota Wild season. Opportunities to select future season tickets will be offered in conjunction with the annual Select-a-Seat seat selection event. As part of the seat selection event, the WWH member may select a full or partial season ticket plan and seat location(s) available for the upcoming season, or they may decline the opportunity. If the WWH member declines the opportunity for that year, they will be required to renew their deposit for the next season by paying an additional $100 deposit on their Account. WWH members who decline the opportunity to select season tickets and do not renew their deposit will not be offered the opportunity to purchase future season tickets until such time as they renew their WWH membership. All payments made by the WWH member to the Minnesota Wild for the purpose of the initial deposit and subsequent renewal of WWH membership will be applied to season tickets when chosen by the WWH member. The Minnesota Wild may modify the Wild Warming House membership terms without notice.

  1. Parking. If applicable, any parking provided by The Minnesota Wild as part of a STM package may at any time be suspended, terminated, or altered for any reason at the sole discretion of the Minnesota Wild.

  2. Acceptance of Terms. By agreeing to purchase the season ticket(s), STM acknowledges responsibility for payment of the full annual price, confirms that they have read and understand this agreement, and accepts and agrees to the Terms set forth above and any amendments made from time to time. The invalidity of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity of any other provision. This agreement constitutes the parties’ complete agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any other agreement, representation or understanding of any kind or nature.
