Nicolas is a native son of Ottawa. He was born at the General Hospital when it was still on Sussex Drive; and attended Manor Park Public School, Saint Brigid Elementary, Immaculata High School and the University of Ottawa. He has also lived and worked in Slovakia, France and the United States.
As Managing Director of Publicis Consultants - France's second largest communications consultancy - he led the largest digital content marketing and social media engagement practice in Paris. Nicolas allies world-class international experience with a deeply rooted connection to the nation's capital.
A fluently bi-lingual executive, he held positions in which he had to function in both official languages prior to leaving Ottawa three years ago, serving as Senior Vice President, Senior Partner and General Manager of FleishmanHillard and Vice President, Communications & Outreach of The Ottawa Hospital.
Building on these experiences as well as his most recent mandate as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Growth for MSL USA - one of the world's top four communications firms - he will be instrumental in enhancing our presence in the market.
