Gustavsson, 19, was the Penguins second-round pick (55th overall) in the 2016 NHL Draft. The 6-2, 184-pound native of Skelleftea, Sweden, currently plays for Lulea in the Swedish Hockey League, where he has posted an 8-9-0 record with a 2.16 goals-against-average and .917 save percentage in 18 games. Gustavsson was Sweden's starting goaltender in the 2018 World Junior Championship in Buffalo, N.Y., and was named the tournament's top goaltender after posting a 1.81 goals-against-average and .924 save percentage in six games.
Cole, 29, has recorded 13 points (three goals and 10 assists) and 52 penalty minutes in 47 games with the Penguins this season. The 6-1, 219-pound native of Ann Arbor, Mich. has registered 90 points (18 goals and 72 assists) in 385 career games with the St. Louis Blues and Penguins.
Brassard, 30, has scored 18 goals and added 20 assists for 38 points in 58 games for the Senators this season. In 139 career games over two seasons with Ottawa, he scored 32 goals and added 45 assists.
The Senators now have a possible seven picks in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft (two first round choices - one top-10 protected - along with one fourth, one fifth, one sixth and two sevenths). The Senators can exercise their right to keep a potential top 10 pick this year as part of the Matt Duchene trade earlier this season.
