The six-foot, 180-pound forward has played in 229 AHL games, split between the Moose and Ontario Reign. He has totaled 117 points (51g, 66a) with 283 penalty minutes in the AHL and led Manitoba with 42 points in 2021-22.
Prior to joining the professional ranks, Eyssimont enjoyed a three-year tenure at St. Cloud State in which he helped the Huskies earn one NCHC tournament championship and one conference regular season crown. He was named NCHC Tournament MVP in the 2015-16 campaign, was 2016-17 NCHC All-Star Honorable Mention and a member of the 2017-18 NCHC Second All-Star Team. He also totaled 122 USHL games in three seasons ahead of his collegiate career and helped the Sioux Falls Stampede win the Clark Cup in 2014-15.
The Littleton, Colorado native was drafted in 2016 by the Los Angeles Kings in the fifth round (142nd overall).
