fundraiser which are backpacks that include Sharks-themed items and a custom, autographed Sharks jersey available only through this offer. Each item in the tote features a unique crest created by artist

designer of the original San Jose Sharks crest. Partial net proceeds from sales will benefit
Self-eSTEM
, whose mission is to build the self-esteem of girls and young women from untapped communities, while providing interactive, culturally responsive STEM literacy, leadership, and technical training preparing them to thrive in ever-changing labor markets. Teal Totes are on sale while supplies last!
On February 2 from 5:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m., the Sharks Black Employee Resource Group hosted members of the BIPOC community at
Sharks Ice at San Jose
for an introduction to hockey and ice activities.
On February 17, the Sharks Foundation will sell
Black History Mystery Pucks
. Featuring a design created by Sharks Account Sales Manager and artist,
Mohamed Fofana
, pucks will be available at the Foundation Booth outside Section 118 with a select amount available for
online purchase
.
The Sharks have dedicated the February 26 home game as Black History Night, kicking-off the evening with a Black History Block Party and Voter Registration event from 3:30 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. on Barack Obama Boulevard. The party will feature booths from local BIPOC non-profits and various businesses, a beer booth hosted by the Sharks Foundation and a DJ onsite to welcome community members to this exciting pre-game event.
