Your loyalty means everything to us, and we’re excited to bring back a highly requested benefit as part of our renewal incentive options—the Sharks365 Buy Back Program! By renewing and selecting this incentive, you’ll gain access to this exclusive program, giving you more flexibility in managing your tickets. With the Buy Back Program, you’ll be able to sell back tickets from three (3) games directly to us, making the process of managing your tickets easier and more convenient.

Through the Buy Back Program, you are guaranteed the return of the same price you paid for up to three (3) select games you will likely not attend. Moreover, with the credit earned through the Buy Back Program being applied to the cost of your 2025-26 Sharks365 membership, you can be immediately assured that the out-of-pocket cost of renewal is reduced.

KEY PROGRAM NOTES:

Sharks365 Members who choose to participate in the Sharks365 Buy Back Program can sell up to three (3) select remaining 2024-25 regular season home games back to the team! Once the buy back of these tickets is complete, the full amount of the transaction will be applied to the cost of their 2025-26 membership.

Season tickets still on account* for any of the following games are eligible for the Buy Back Program:

  • Mar. 13 Chicago Blackhawks
  • Mar. 15 Washington Capitals
  • Mar. 20 Carolina Hurricanes

The value of the tickets that are bought back can only be applied to 2025-26 Sharks365 memberships.

*Any add-on ticket purchases and/or tickets to games that you have already exchanged out of are excluded from the Buy Back Program. Additionally, all tickets bought back by the team will be at the member price paid without exception.

Who is eligible to participate in the Buy Back Program?

All 2024-25 Sharks365 members who are currently on an auto-renew, single-year agreement and who will have the same agreement in place for the 2025-26 season are invited to participate in the Buy Back Program.

How many games can I sell back to the team as part of the Buy Back Program?

All eligible Sharks365 Members who opt into the Buy Back Program as part of their membership renewal can return season tickets on account for up to three (3) select 2024-25 regular season home games.

What is the value I will receive for the games?

Tickets returned through the Buy Back Program will be bought back at the variable member rate paid for the tickets.

Where can I view my variable member rate for the games I’m returning?

Your variable member rate for all 2024-25 regular season home games can be found by:

  • Logging into Account Manager
  • Selecting “Invoice” on the dashboard
  • Selecting “2024-25 Invoice”
  • Clicking “Print” in the top right corner of the page
What tickets can be returned as part of the Buy Back Program?

Tickets that are part of your original Sharks365 membership package and that are still on account for any of the following games can be returned as part of the Buy Back Program:

What can my Buy Back Program credit be used for?

Currently, all Buy Back Program credit must be applied to the balance due for your 2025-26 Sharks365 membership.

When will my Buy Back Program credit be applied to my 2025-26 Sharks365 membership invoice?

Sharks365 Members who pay in full for their 2025-26 membership will see the credit reflected on their balance as of March 1, 2025 whereas Sharks365 members participating in our interest-free 12-month payment plan will see the credit applied to the balance due ahead of the July 1, 2025 payment plan installment.

In addition to the Buy Back Program credit, I have other account credit on file – can that also be applied to my 2025-26 Sharks365 membership?

At this time, only Buy Back Program credit is eligible to be applied to 2025-26 memberships. All other account credit will expire at the end of the 2024-25 regular season. For information on how to apply your existing account credit, please visit https://www.nhl.com/sharks/tickets/tickettrade.

Can I get a refund for the games I’m returning instead of rolling over the Buy Back Program credit?

Buy Back Program credit can only be applied to the cost of your 2025-26 Sharks365 membership.
