Capitals alumni are available for a variety of activities at events of all sizes.  These activities include, but are not limited to, signing autographs, posing for photographs, meeting and greeting with attendees, delivering a keynote speech, conducting or participating in a question and answer session, playing interactive games with attendees, golf tournaments, virtual meetings or hosting a contest/auction.  

Completion of this form is a request only and does not guarantee an appearance.

All requests must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the event.

Appearance fees will depend on Alumni availability, time and travel commitment.
