Please fill out the form below to request a custom message during the Welcome Message Scroll at a Washington Capitals game at Capital One Arena.

• The Welcome Message scroll will run ONCE per game on the MAIN CENTER HUNG VIDEO BOARD during the second intermission.
• Message length is roughly 50 characters including spaces.
• Messages must be in one of three categories: 1) Happy Birthday/Anniversary, 2) Welcome or 3) Congratulations.

Message requests need to be submitted no later than 4p.m. the day before the game (24 hours prior). If the game falls on a weekend or Monday, please have message requests in by 12 p.m. on Friday.
