The Iowa Wild went 1-2 in their most recent three-game set, falling to Colorado twice and beating San Jose.
In its first matchup against Colorado, Iowa fell 5-1 with Joe Hicketts recording his third goal of the season. Jesper Wallstedt stopped 19-of-23 shots faced. Jospeh Cramarossa was the lone goal scorer in the second game against Colorado where Iowa fell 2-1. Wallstedt stopped 28-of-30 shots face in the series finale.

Iowa got back on track in its first game against San Jose, outlasting the Barracuda 4-3. Cramarossa scored his second goal of the week and third on the season, Marco Rossi scored a goal and recorded two assists in his first game with Iowa, Sammy Walker scored his eighth goal of the season and Daemon Hunt scored his first goal of the season in the win.
Wallstedt stopped 30-of-33 shots faced in his third appearance of the week.
Through 17 games, Iowa holds a record of 7-6-2-2, Walker (8-8=16) leads the team with 16 points, Hicketts (3-9=12) and Steven Fogarty (4-7=11) round out the top three. Wallstedt is 3-3-3 with a GAA of 3.19 and a SV% of .893.
