ST. LOUIS - Zach Sanford will indeed be in the lineup in place of the suspended Oskar Sundqvist on Saturday night for Game 3 vs. Boston (7 p.m., NBCSN, KMOX).
Sanford skated with Ivan Barbashev and Alexander Steen on the fourth line in Friday's practice, but Blues Head Coach Craig Berube didn't confirm the decision to play Sanford until Saturday morning. "He's got some experience this year in the playoffs, he's a good defensive player and penalty killer," Berube said of Sanford. "That's one of the reasons we went with him." Berube said Robert Thomas would not play in Game 3, so Robby Fabbri will remain in the lineup. Vince Dunn is also expected to remain out.

The Blues held an optional skate Saturday morning, so the projected lineup for Game 3 is based on the team's practice lines from Friday and is subject to change at puck drop.
