Arber Xhekaj is considered day-to-day with an upper-body injury. The defenseman left Thursday night’s game against the Golden Knights and did not return.

The Canadiens’ 2023 Dads Trip continues on Friday with the group travelling to Massachusetts aboard the team plane.
