With 22 goals and 48 points at the 'pause' of the 2019-20 campaign, Sean Monahan has - once again - proven himself as one of the game's elite snipers. The 25-year-old is now the first player franchise history to record seven straight 20-goal seasons from the start of his NHL career. Only three other players in Flames lore had at least that many 20-goal years: Jarome Iginla (13), Theo Fleury (10) and Joe Nieuwendyk (8).
With his goal on Feb. 29, Monahan surpassed Hakan Loob for the seventh-most goals in franchise history with 194.
