TAKING ON THE CANUCKS
Tonight's game is the second match-up between the Calgary Flames and Vancouver Canucks this season. The two clubs will face off five times in the 2016-17 season. The Canucks took the first meeting back in October, edging the Flames 2-1 in a shootout in Vancouver. In their last 10 home games against the Canucks, the Flames have a 5-4-1 record and have won three of their last four battles against Vancouver at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
