Calgary, AB - The Calgary Flames announced today that they have assigned the following eight players to their respective junior clubs: Jake Christiansen (Everett/WHL), D'Artagnan Joly (Baie-Comeau/QMJHL), Igor Merezhko (Lethbridge/WHL), Brayden Pachal (Prince Albert/WHL), Merrick Rippon (Ottawa/OHL), Milos Roman (Vancouver/WHL), Adam Ruzicka (Sarnia/OHL), and Dmitry Zavgorodniy (Rimouski/QMJHL).
Calgary has 61 players remaining at training camp (7x goalies, 20x defensemen, 34x forwards).
