The Calgary Flames announced today that they have signed forwards Glenn Gawdin and Justin Kirkland to one-year, two-way contracts.
GLENN GAWDIN - CENTRE
Gawdin, a native of Richmond, BC was a fourth round pick of the St. Louis Blues in the 2015 NHL Draft. Since then, the 24-year-old has skated in 139 AHL games with the Stockton Heat notching 31 goals and 67 assists for 98 points and 110 penalty minutes. He played seven games with the Calgary Flames last season earning his first NHL point (assist).

Kirkland, a native of Winnipeg, MB was a third round pick of the Nashville Predators in the 2014 NHL Draft. The 25-year-old has skated in 267 AHL games split between the Stockton Heat and the Milwaukee Admirals netting 33 goals and 71 assists for 104 points and 171 penalty minutes from 2016-2021.
