As per head coach Geoff Ward, David Rittich will get the start tonight when the Flames host the Ottawa Senators at 7:00 PM MT (Sportsnet West).
Rittich has started the last five games, has two wins in that stretch and has made 30+ saves in four of those five starts. Ward noted Jacob Markstrom, who has missed time with an upper-body injury, is an possible option to back-up Rittich this evening.
Derek Ryan may make his return tonight, after missing a month with an upper-body injury. He fully took part in yesterday's practice and today's skate and Ward confirmed he could suit up this evening.
