LUCIC ON LAST MEETING WITH THE RANGERS:

ON GETTING BACK IN THE WIN COLUMN:

"I think when you have a game like (Thursday's loss) happen, you've got to find a way to come together. The only way you get back in the win column and start getting wins and playing the way that you want to is when you come together and start playing together. That's something that we need to do. We've got to find that consistency in our game. The effort's there. It's not a lack of effort or wanting to do the right thing; it's just about playing together, coming together and executing so that we get the result that we want."

ON LINDHOLM BECOMING A FATHER:

"It's been a long time since I went through that feeling with the first one. It's an exciting feeling, there's a lot of emotion and it's one of those things - and I know everyone that's been through it will agree - it's hurry up and wait type of things. You're just waiting around. Waiting, waiting, waiting for that moment. But enjoy the moment. It's definitely life-changing and in a great way."

"They're a physical team, and so are we"

ANDERSSON ON FIRST MEETING AT MSG:

"It was our first game back from the break. A couple big hits, a couple fights. It was an entertaining game. But we know what kind of situation we're in and we need the points and we have a tough team in here, so I think we just got to stick to what we're good at and play our game. It's two big points and that's the key tonight."

ON SCARY ACCIDENT IN DETROIT:

"It was a tough couple days there. Especially because I don't really know what happened, still. You're on your way to one place and you wake up in an ambulance, so it was obviously scary and traumatic and all that kind of stuff, but I'm just obviously thankful for the Detroit hospital. They did a really good job and was in an MRI machine before I could even say what my name was. I'm obviously grateful for everyone who works at the Detroit hospital. But as I said, it was a little traumatic for me, my wife, my family and everyone. Last game, you think about all the stuff that's happened. I was probably a little too cautious in some situations and that kind of stuff, but I feel better and better each day that goes by."

"It's two big points and that's the key tonight"

KADRI ON CRUCIAL GAME TONIGHT:

"Two points at stake and both teams are trying to climb. I think that's what's most important, so of course there was some animosity last game, but at the end of the day, we're trying to win and trying to climb."

ON BUILDING OFF LAST MEETING VS. BLUESHIRTS:

"Just use the passion of the game and the emotion of the game to try and propel yourself in the right direction. I think that's where we're at as a team. We feel lately we've been on the wrong side of some unluckiness and... everything that could go wrong, has. Typically, that's not the case in a season, so we're looking to turn that around and tonight's a great opportunity for that."

"We're looking to turn that around"

SUTTER ON FACING THE RANGERS:

"They've got three really good lines. They're really good down the middle. It's interesting because I coached (former Flame and current Rangers GM) Chris Drury and those centremen are like Chris Drury. They play like him. He was a champion, so he's trying to build a champion."

"He's trying to build a champion"

ON IF LINDHOLM WILL PLAY TONIGHT:

Lindholm did not participate in the morning skate because he and his wife are expecting their first child
"I guess it depends on mom. I'm not the doctor on duty (laughs).
