LUCIC ON A WIN ON MILESTONE NIGHT:

ON THE GAME-WINNER:

"Lindy does a really good job of handling that puck off his skates. Once he makes that pass through to Johnny, he's almost automatic when he gets chances like that. Another beauty by him. Thankfully he didn't take too long in overtime to get that winner so we can get to Montreal here. When you see that 2-on-1 develop and he makes that pass to Johnny, you felt it was going to happen. And it did."

ON HIS FIGHT:

"Same sort of thing. It was funny, when I saw he (Sabourin) was in the lineup, I knew there was probably 100% chance he was going to ask me to fight."

GAUDREAU ON HIS OT TALLY:

"I don't know (if Rittich had seen that move before). We had a couple shootouts the past few practices before the deadline there, so I scored a couple on him and felt comfortable there. I don't normally go to my forehand, so I think I fooled him a bit there."

ON THIRD-PERIOD PK KILL:

"That was a huge kill for us. They've got some talented players on their side. To be able to kill all four minutes late in the third, it was really impressive. Some great saves from Marky there on the pk. They did a great job there."

HEAD COACH DARRYL SUTTER ON LOOCH:

"Just about had the Gordie Howe hat-trick. Wouldn't that have been something? He could have scored, he should have scored. Awesome for him."
