RASMUS ANDERSSON ON TONIGHT'S TILT:

ON HIS GAME:

"Tough question. I try to go in with the mindset every game that I want to be a good player out there that joins the rush and tries to shoot more. It's my shooting that's kind of up and down. Some nights I have four or five shots, and other nights I have zero. Be more consistent with the shooting part and maybe try to generate more offensively, try to join the rush a little more. Sometimes I feel like I'm almost hesitating a little bit when I join the rush because I don't want anything (bad) to happen on the D side of it. We've got to manage that a little better. But overall, as I said, when we're winning, you're happy with where you're at and obviously there are personal goals and all that stuff. All 23 guys in our room have personal goals of their own, but when we're winning, it's fun and it's easier to play."

DARRYL SUTTER ON FACING VEGAS:

"They've done it by being a new team and a lot of activity and fan noise, so you have to be ready for that because if you're not well-prepared for the adversity during a game, you have trouble. It doesn't matter. There's always adversity during a game, but this team can do it in a physical way, an aggressive way. So if you're not ready for that type of a game or you're not comfortable in that type of game, then you're in trouble."

MIKAEL BACKLUND ON TEAM'S FOCUS:

"It's a great group of guys. We enjoy playing for each other and we play hard for each other, but also Darryl makes sure that we always have a fresh mind before the game and are never too high or too low. As a group, we've done a good job of that, too."

ON MIXING THINGS UP:

"We weren't playing as well as we wanted in LA, but we still won the game, which was big. But we knew we could be better 5-on-5 and Darryl wanted to change things up. It's good to do that, at times, and Mony's line did a really good job last game scoring some big goals for us, and hopefully we can keep doing that tonight. We were reunited with Looch, and me, Looch and Mang spent some time together last year, so it was a familiar face and hopefully we can have some success tonight. Hopefully we can keep building on this road trip."
