DARRYL SUTTER ON PLAYING WITH PACE:

ON RELATIONSHIPS WITH PLAYERS:

"It's critical. More so in today's game with all the young players you have. They need the support and the direction from a lot of different areas, as long as it's the same direction."

RASMUS ANDERSSON ON ANDREW MANGIAPANE:

"I've said from Day 1, he's a really good player. I hope people see it now how hard he works. He works incredibly hard and he's one of those guys who's really, really annoying to play against, and he doesn't give up. He has great vision, sets his teammates up, can score, can right be in the tallest guy on the other team's face and chirping and all that stuff. I hope everyone sees how hard he works."

ON BELIEF IN THE ROOM:

"I think the guys have always believed in each other. I've always believed that we have a really good team here and that we can beat any team, any time. If you don't believe in each other, then you can't win games. I think all the guys in the room believe in each other and we've got a really good group of guys."

ON CHECKING THE STANDINGS:

"Honestly, I think it's pretty individual. Every guy is a little different. Some guys love stats, some guys don't look at stats. I've always looked at the standings from Game 5 on - you're checking out-of-town scores and you click in and see where you're at. So, I always like to check the standings, but some guys don't bother with stats, they just try to focus on themselves. … But everyone starts looking at stats the closer you get to the playoffs and we obviously need to keep pushing for a playoff spot."

JUUSO VALIMAKI ON SUTTER'S EXPECTATIONS:

"Same thing for everyone. Just play quick, I think that's been the biggest theme for us as a team, to play quick with the puck, move it right away, be quick to contact. Everything on the ice happens quick, and that's the biggest thing for me - play quick and hard."

ON HIS YEAR SO FAR:

"Pretty good. From the start, every day, a little better, little better. It's been 30 games and it's starting to be up there and I've got no problem with (the minutes/pressure/role) anymore."
