JACOB MARKSTROM ON THE RESPONSE IN GAME 4:

ON THE TEAM'S MINDSET HEADING INTO GAME 5:

"What do you celebrate, really? We haven't won anything; we haven't done anything. We won a game, but it's a best out of seven series and we've got to prepare for the game tomorrow."

ON HOW THE SERIES HAS PLAYED OUT:

"Most of the games have been pretty similar. Last night, we got the pucks deep and we put pressure on them and thought our zone time was up. I haven't looked at it, but it felt that way. We had some really long shifts in their zone and we scored a big goal on the powerplay as well. It's tough games and you can't get frustrated when it's 0-0 after the first period. I thought we were really, really pushing hard, but we have to stick with our game plan and then you're going to come out on top."

"We did everything we needed last night"

ON THE TEAM'S KILLER INSTINCT:

"It was good. I thought the whole game, we did what we needed and we followed our game plan and we got rewarded for it, so that's what we have to do every night."

ON WHAT BEING NAMED A VEZINA FINALIST MEANS:

"Right now, not much. It's all about tomorrow."

MATTHEW TKACHUK ON GAME 4 WIN:

"Thought that we got the first goal, which was big and then we were pushing trying to get that second one, then got that one and got the third. Kind of rolled from there."

ON PLAYING MORE AT 5-ON-5:

"It helped a lot. We played a lot more in the O-zone, we were shooting pucks, (and) we had more guys to the net. But we can still be a lot better with that. We took a step, got home-ice back and now we want to keep it."

ON MARKSTROM'S TERRIFIC YEAR:

"I congratulated him today. I think a lot of guys did. I think it speaks to the year he's had and I know he's not content with being a finalist for that. I think we all have the same goal with where we are right now and where we want to be."

"We took a step, got home-ice back"

DARRYL SUTTER ON MARKSTROM'S VEZINA NOM:

"I think he's a really strong leader for our team. I think that the way he carries himself - and you guys know from being around him how he presents himself. He's a first-class person, first, which is a big thing for our young players to see and I'm sure Daniel (Vladar) has learned a lot from him, how to carry himself, how to practice, and take care of yourself. That's important.
"The nomination - hey, it's deserving. He's in the Top 5 in every major category and we talked about at the start of the year about what our goals were, one of the goals was making sure getting the goals-against to be in the Top 5 in the league. That would give us an opportunity to be a playoff team. Marky has certainly carried the flag there."

Coach weighs on Game 4 victory, Markstrom and more

ON MARKSTROM'S PLAY IN THE SERIES:

"It's a great matchup. Oettinger against Markstrom. In the end, it will come to somebody who has four wins and somebody who doesn't. That's how it will be answered."
