"It was a good play by Ras. There were a couple of those situations tonight. Ras made a good play and I believe it may have hit Slavin's stick on the goal line. Just a tough bounce."
ON TIGHT GAME:
"I think they obviously are a checking team. Their stats kind of say it in terms of goals against. Both teams play responsible and have a lot of structure and play the right way. I noticed that right away."
ON OT LOSS:
"It's frustrating. We're a team that expects to win. We believe in our group and we go into games believing we're going to win the hockey game. That's a good team over there and we played a solid game, but it's not good enough. We want to push and get the two points."
JACOB MARKSTROM ON THE RESULT:
"We didn't get two points, so it wasn't good. We didn't get two points and now we haven't had two points in three games in a row. … Not good enough from our group and not good enough from me."
ON AHO'S OT WINNER:
"Came in with a lot of speed. I think Lindy was skating from the bench and I came really fast and want to have my momentum with me if he's going to drag it across to the other side. I feel he wanted to do that, but Lindy caught him a little bit and he lost the puck. I tried to poke it in the corner, but ... it went over my pad and into the net."
ON MAKING THE 'DOME A TOUGH PLACE TO PLAY:
"We need to improve our home record and the games at home and there's nothing more fun than to win at home in front of the fans and family and friends. We need to get going and keep going. Today was a good test against a good team. We maybe deserved it or didn't deserve it, but I felt it could have gone our way more than it went their way. But we're sitting here and we have some work to do in practice so we're ready for the next game."
DARRYL SUTTER ON THE TWO TEAMS:
"I think so. I think... We talked about that this morning with the media. They're one of the favourites to win the Stanley Cup, right? They've got some top-end guys and showed it in overtime. You try to emulate that style as much as you can."

ON KEYS TO SUCCESS IN OT:
"You've got to hang onto the puck. We've tried to force the play and basically gave the puck back. You've got to make short plays. A team like that, did what they did. It comes off the goalie and they've got a star that went coast-to-coast."
