TREVOR LEWIS ON SUCCESS OF HIS LINE:

ON WHAT MAKES THE COMBO WORK WELL:

"We're all veteran guys. We know our game and kept it simple. We get in on the forecheck and turn a few pucks over and got to the net and created those chances. We've got to make sure we do that again."

"When we're good, we stick to our gameplan"

RICHARDSON ON BEING BACK IN THE LINEUP:

"It is tough, yeah. Obviously try to stay ready, stay in shape. We're skating all the time. I'd say the biggest thing is mentally getting ready for the game. They're all big games and you want to play your best.
"I think everyone wants to play every game. I don't think anyone wants to accept a role where you're not playing. But you still need to be a good teammate, do your thing and support the guys any way you can."

"We expect a big effort from them"

DARRYL SUTTER PLAYING THE WILD BACK-TO-BACK:

"Same team, but in a different place. If you look at their record, they're a pretty formidable group here. They've got a great fanbase, loud crowd, different ice, different boards, stuff you've got to get used to - especially if you haven't been here for a while."

ON MINNESOTA'S GREAT HOME RECORD:

The Wild are 16-4-1 at home and only 15-12-2 away from the Xcel Energy Center
"We talked about that in the room, it's not very often that ever happens... And they're a three-game team for us this year, also. It's funny, back-to-backs. But it's good. It's something different, so it gives the guys a different focus or something to grab onto, because there always is a little carry-over - whether it's team-wise or player-wise - from game to game. That's the fun part."

"Every day has to be about getting better"

ON BLAKE COLEMAN:

"He's fit right in. He's a guy that's easy for me to coach, easy to talk to, away from the rink. He's done a good job for us and fills a good role."

COLEMAN ON TONIGHT'S GAME:

"It's going to be a tougher game. Obviously, they've been a really good team at home and they've gotten off to some really good starts. It's one of those games where you know the intensity is going to be there. It seems to be one of those things when you play a team back-to-back - there's always that 'carry-over' that makes its way into the next game. It should be a high-energy game. Two fairly similar teams. That's the way we're made up and it should be a good test."

ON WHY THE DISCREPANCY IN HOME/ROAD RECORDS:

"I don't know. You do see it a lot. We've been better at home lately as well. I'm not sure it's just one of those things where you're comfortable or what, but with travel and that, you've got to be... There's a little bit more preparation on the road and take care of yourself and I know that personally for our team, we had a really good start on the road. Really, really good - and it's slipped a little bit since, which is definitely a focus of ours to correct. We want to be a really tough road team. I do think you have to change the way you play a little bit, in the sense that you have to play a little grittier. Different ways to win."
