"It's important. Early on we wanted to get our legs going, chip pucks in, skate, hit, do simple things. We came away with the lead in the first period. We wanted to come out hard and it worked out well for us."

"I don't have any that's for sure. I try to keep it simple out there. … It's more of a standard thing now, I think, Him going between his legs. It's obviously fun. It makes the sport a little more interesting and stuff like that. It's definitely fun to watch and like I said, I'm not able to do that kind of stuff."

"The biggest key for us last night was to keep it simple and do the right stuff. Coming off a break, those little things matter. Just get the pucks in, no turnovers and stuff like that. Be physical and kill plays. That's what we did right in the first. Obviously, it worked out pretty well for us."
